I finaly got the 750 chopper running, one problem is it pops out # 1 pipe. any ideas on what to do? I'm running stright pipes with short mufflers and pod
air filters. I road it for the first time the other day, I never road a chopper so I still need to get the hang of it. It's a little shacky at slow speeds
then smooths out at upper speeds. Is this the way a chopper is ?

Sounds like it isn't firing everytime it should on the number one, loads up with gas then hits. I would try just putting a new plug in, you can take that
one out and clean it but it needs to dry at least overnite before you use it again. I bet that it will be all black from soot, oil on it won't be good, gas
means the plug isn't firing or too much gas. Check to make sure that it is getting steady fire, bad wire or contacts are easy to over look.

As far as handling, a chopper that is built correctly, will handle well. Measure the rake and trail and see what you got.
