Last year in July I rode "Godzilla" to a cruise night in Buffalo. When I get there a guy comes up to me and asks if they can interview me for "Godzilla" and I said sure. They were from Hardtails Magazine and said they interview different bikes every cruise night and show them on TV on their show called "Hog Wild TV. After interviewing me they ask me if I'd want to be in a contest for the "Most Radical Builder". They said they'd be inviting the top 10 or 12 builders they interviewed to their end of season Expo and pick out the best builder. Clich here and check out Hog Wild Tv 8. I'm the first bike feature of the show. So, in the mail I get a special invititation to the Expo. I called my boy and ask if he'd like to cruise with me on the chops and he said sure. He rides "Godzilla" and I take "The Lady". When we get there, they let us bring in both bikes on my invite and we proceed to drink beer and enjoy the party. When they hand out awards, they tell me "Godzilla" came in 6th in the Radical Builders class, but they gave 1st place in the foreign class to "The Lady"! The guys tells me it's too bad my paint is so checked and nicked up because I was in the hunt for best paint. I tell him I painted the bike in 1981 and he says, "Shit, if I'd of known that, you'd of got Best Paint!"
