yo Cornbred,,they only worry about the frame #..... i have never even seen i cop check the #...if they pull you over ,they ask for your registration and
lience ...... any way most hot rodders or builders never have a motor that matches anyway......

I didn't even put my engine number on my reg. I left that spot blank, the lady at the DMV took it, and my reg just don't have it. In a frame-titled
bike there's no requirement for a numbers-matching motor.

Try to clamp yourself a guide to put your stamps up against so therte straight an d use a matching set of stamps that are the same size or close as origionals.

I took the original honda neck to a fabricator and had him weld it to my Santee frame. It cost $250, but was worth it just for peace of mind. Then I rivited
the ID tag back on.

wow $250 but godzilla is worth it thats one badass bike!!I was shooting for the low buck approach.found stamps at work not to sound stupid but it was marked reverse???haven't tried them out yet on paper so hopefully they'll work |
